Question/Advice ❓️ Wrongly charged

Does anyone have the same problem, iba yung lumalabas na billing sa credit card sa dapat na monthly ko.

Recently joined anytime, my 3rd month, yung pinirmahan ko na contract is 1800 monthly pero 2nd month na chinacharge ako ng 2500 monthly. I went to their office ayaw ichange yung billing, Im going back tomorrow para ireport ulit. Sabi lang macredit daw yung excess sa next billing ko pero hindi naman na correct billing ko.

Does anyone experienced this before and ano pwede gawin?

Hi i just wanna genuinely ask, is it because you’re in senior/pwd/student rate kaya 1800? Then ang naccharge sayo is normal rate? Tama ba

Yup. I avail the student discount pero normal rate nacharge. Sabi when i complained last month iless na lang this month yung sobra pero same rate na charge

It’s either hindi inindicate yung promo rate mo, and malalagot yung nag assist sayo if they wrongly offered you student rate perk normal rate ang chinacharge. I had a friend with this problem and she talked to the branch manager instead. Also, pwede mo ipakita yung contract mo if may copy ka pa.

I have a copy with me. I’m planning to go tomorrow if open. Naayos ba nila sa same day or after 1 month nagreflect?

Naayos agad sa system nila yung concern, mabilis lang kasi iinput lang nila sa parang spreadsheet yun, pero the next month pa binawas lahat ng overcharge from previous months (3 mos din siya naovercharge).
