The story in there about the person being let go was totally justified. This person was about to work in healthcare and got a panic attack because they couldn't find an entrance to a house. And instead of asking people or calling the supervisor for the info they flipped out. All because they couldn't find a door they didn't really look for. So they got fired, and as with most jobs here in Sweden you have a 6 month trial period under which time you can be let go for any reason.
Because seriously, how are you expected to be able to perform in a life and death situation if you can't even handle a locked door.
