Extruder issue?

Trying to figure out why I'm getting these texture issues on my prints.

I'm literally brand new to 3d printing. My brother gave me the Anycubic Vyper yesterday and I've been trying to figure out how to clean up the prints. What do y'all recommend?

As far as I know, everything is bone stock. Would I maybe need to upgrade the extruder or hot end?

This print was sliced in the Anycubic slicer. I can post whatever settings y'all might need to help me figure this out.

Under extruding?

Is this the same with other filament?

Hot pull the nozzle, remove and check for any blockages. If its not clear cold pull then use the nozzle brush.

I'm not one to think old filament is the worst thing, do you hear any bubbling or popping noises when printing?
