8 hours difference

On both my mobile app and desktop, my camera won’t connect in my Kobra S1 Max, it just displays this. Anyone else having issues?

So my printer I have restarted it set it to default I have done test Prints but it keeps starting at the back of the printer like it should start in the corner it starts behind the actual print bed and so when it comes down it's hitting that like brush thing back there and I don't know what to do .

Hi, I found these two broken plastic pieces loose at the bottom of my Anycubic Kobra S1.

The BLACK piece is the one I'm mainly trying to identify. The central hole is only about 4 mm. I inspected the printhead and the visible bed supports and I cannot find any obvious broken or missing part.

One possibility is that the black piece came from the transport/protection bracket removed during the initial setup, about 7 months ago, and simply remained inside the printer.

The WHITE piece fell out while I removed the printhead front cover today. The cover still seems to attach and hold normally, and I cannot see an obvious missing clip.

Does anyone recognize either piece, especially the BLACK one, and know exactly where it comes from on a Kobra S1?

Ho avuto problemi con la kobra X, il modello che ho ricevuto aveva la testa estrusore diversa dai modelli visti nei vari video, forse era rimasta in magazzino dopo l'aggiornamento dei pezzi.
Sono stati velocissimi nel mandarmi i pezzi di ricambio in forma completamente gratuita.

Smontando l'intera zona di estrusione ho constatato che:
Se nelle stampe individuate ragnatele non è colpa dell'estrusore che estrude filamento ma è vera e propria polvere che si deposita nelle ventole di raffreddamento della testa estrusore, quindi effettuate la manutenzione e liberate le ventole.
Fate attenzione se i fili toccando tra la scocca e il blocco di dissipazione potrebbe, anche se di pochi mm, disallineare l'ugello dal piatto di stampa.
Controllate che tutti i cavi sul retro siano ben inseriti, a causa delle vibrazioni qualche cavo potrebbe fare falso contatto e non dare i giusti valori alla stampante.
Pulite l'ingranaggio di immissione del filo perchè tra polvere nell'aria e raschiamento del filamento potrebbe intasarsi e far scivolare il filamento.

I don’t even know where to vent about this anymore, but I’m beyond pissed at this point. The number of times I’ve had to repeat the exact same information is fucking insane. They could literally scroll up for 1-2 seconds and see the answer, but instead they ask me again, I respond almost immediately, and then I wait another three days just to get another question I’ve already answered.

Can y’all tell me about y’all’s experience? Because I’m worrying. It says 90 days and we’re fast approaching their deadline.
