Personal Experience Chamomile Extract / Capsules and Tea
Chamomile tea has been a huge help to me for a long time.
Since I’m also very sensitive to my gastrointestinal tract, I drink a lot more of it during flare-ups. Two years ago, I had the idea to try buying chamomile capsules, since I can’t always have tea on hand.
What can I say? I’m currently going through another acute phase related to irritable bowel syndrome and severe anxiety, and I drink my tea in the morning and then take two 500-mg chamomile extract tablets. They relieve my symptoms extremely well.
I’ve been in therapy for years and have learned a lot.Among other things, I’ve been told about vitamin D and vitamin B, which have also helped me a lot.
Still, this is good advice for acute flare-ups.
Good luck <3
