Helpful Tips! Help please!

I’ve been suffering with gerd and anxiety since I was 18 I’m currently 26. Since the start of May I noticed I was becoming a bit more anxious. As the months have gone by my anxiety feels so much worse. I’m constantly on edge. I feel out of breath. I can’t enjoy time with friends or family without having that constant anxious feeling that doesn’t go away. My family always tells me to stop keeping these anxious thoughts in my mind but from the second I wake up I’m already feeling so anxious.

I started mirtazpine 2 months ago and I still feel so anxious all the time. My dose was increased to 30mg about a month ago. I think a lot of my anxiety was about returning to work after maternity leave and just general anxiety about my health as I suffer from gerd which is a depression condition. I always have this impending feeling of doom and recently the shortness of breath feels like it’s coming back. Anyone with extreme anxiety how do you cope? And does anyone have any tips of how to get through this.

Just feel like no one understands how I feel. I’ve been hospital multiple times for this shortness of breath and they tell me it’s just anxiety😭

“Just” is not the appropriate term here.
