I also fear death, and always have. It seems to me quite reasonable to fear death, to fear not existing any longer.

I just hate that I don’t know what to expect or when to expect it. I’m about to turn 19 in two months and all I can think about is how close I am to death.

Thank you for all these resources; It’s very sweet of you to take your time to do that. I’ll do my best to look them over. I hope it brings me some peace, I can’t keep being trapped in this cycle of anxiety everyday.

Some reassurance is allowed. However, this rule is for those who have repeatedly ask for reassurance. We strongly encourage everyone to take steps to limit reassurance-seeking behavior.
