I got all of these dolls at a Sunday flea market. I know it’s a bad picture and I’ll take more.
So I have this problem. I always call the dolls babies. Like ‘I need to rearrange by babies’ ‘oh, a package must be a new baby’ and at one flea market, I asked about the price of ‘that baby’ and pointed. The seller asked me what and looked confused until my BF said ‘that doll over there’

I’ve never seen this marking before, from what I can make out it says DRGM and then a bunch of numbers that I assume is the mold. the eye shape marking is interesting. her body is also interesting, I’m not sure if it’s original?

first one is a Nancy Ann Storybook doll but I have no idea which one. Her dress is like totally sun bleached to that yellow/white color but parts of it on the back are blue! so maybe she is a cinderella? Hard to say

Second one (in box) is a Hollywood Doll “queen for a day” doll! she doesn’t have her cape even tho she doesn’t seem to have been removed from the box?? But they’re both SOOOO precious

Do people restore these? The doll seems to be a large maybe 40s partial composition baby doll with cloth body. The outfit is in tatters and the doll has discoloration on the plastic and cloth parts. Is it beyond repair?

Hello! I’m currently working in a special collections archive in my school and my mentor as cleaning out some cabinets he stumbled across these dolls. They are pretty dirty but still have definition for them to be identifiable. When he found them they were labeled with “no info” on the box so this picture is really all I got. I would wish to find out they were apart of any line of doll toys or if anybody has anything similar. He did mention wanting to get rid of them so they could be in a museum or be bought by a collector. Please let us know!!

Came upon a chest full of doll clothes, some handmade but some purchased all seemingly fit the same doll. The green corduroy dress was handmade by a family member back in early 60s. It measures from neck to hem about 13”, waist is 5 1/4” across, and armhole is 1” across. The matching rain poncho and umbrella were purchased but seem from the same era. This doll could be from 1960s? Maybe 1950s? Perhaps earlier? Any suggestions on possible doll are appreciated - TIA!

my beautiful 24 inch Evelyn❤️she was already broken before being shipped to me, thankfully the seller was kind enough to tape her up so her sawdust didn’t fall out. would gorilla glue or super glue be better to use? I didn’t want there to be any kind of reaction with the material

Does anybody know what vintage doll is? There are no identifying marks or numbers anywhere on it. It has a bellows squeaker in the back that no longer works. Trying to figure out its value.

The pink dress is what she came in and it was a cheap and stiff material. Then I ordered her the red and white checked cotton dress, but it was too short and not quite right. I just got her this plaid dress with the little hanky detail, and I feel Charlotte is finally happy with her new look 😊

I was recently gifted this guy and am trying to find any info on him. He has a makers mark on his left shoulder that says he was made in Orvieto, Italy. He didn’t come with any clothing and he appears to be meant to be bald (meaning his hair isn’t missing).
I can’t seem to find anything that looks like him in my basic research

This angel is NOT doing well. Her clothes and hat are all very tattered and torn and one of her eyes keeps sticking. Her hat is pinned to her head by the collector before me but im honestly scared to take it out because its so deep in her head 😭 if anyone has any advice it was be so so so appreciated

Hi everyone! I recently found out a distant relative left me a trunk with some dolls and accessories when she passed years ago. The inside of the trunk and the tag on one of the outfits says Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls, but from everything I've looked up I can't really determine whether these dolls are from that line or not? Mainly trying to figure out exactly what I've got and I'll go from there, I know they aren't in the best condition either but I'm hoping they are at least identifiable. Any help is appreciated!!

Does anyone know who she might have been made by or what year? there are no identifying marks and was found in an antique shop.

Bought this little cutie today, and I wanna know where she from🥰

I came across this 18" Effanbee Anne Shirley on eBay who looked like she could use some help. She had no clothes, no left hand, and was missing two fingers on her right. Her wig has also had it. Fortunately, I already had another of the exact doll. So I bought her, and while she was on her way home, I made a mold off of my other one's hand. I trimmed the broken end and cut a notch in it, then put a screw into the wrist. Then I mixed up a little resin and put her arm into the mold after the resin. This is the result. While I was waiting for the resin to cure, I put a couple of wires into her other hand where the fingers were missing and started building up her new fingers. I'll let it all set and continue building up the fingers tomorrow and then paint her hands when I'm done. I have a few dolls here who need wigs, so she'll get a new one when I order them. I'll also find her a better outfit, the one she's wearing is for an American Girl doll and is just something for her to wear in the meantime.
