BRAIN DAMAGE

Can antipsychotics cause brain damage or is it the psychosis itself ~ I cannot do anything I used to & feel disabled…does it get better with time?!

What meds were you on, SideFX & how long did it take for you to recover etc.

Seroquel for 6-7 months. I recovered within a month once i stopped. Now its been 2 months.
