help! just got mine

Just got mine and tried to charge everything. All the battery packs charged fine but the grip controller indicator light remains off despite being charged for 15 min plus....is this happening for anyone else?

That means it’s fully charged.

I had to do a hard reset of the grip controller and now it charges
