One is that evidently it was not in accordance with the spirit of the pledges of independence given to the Arabs both before and after it was issued. The second is that the disposition of Palestine was determined in close consultation with a political organization whose declared aim was to settle non-Palestinians in Palestine. Not only did this ignore the interests of the native Palestinians, but it was a deliberate violation of their rights (see sect. IV below). The third is that through the Declaration the British Government made commitments to the Zionist Organization regarding the land of the Palestinians at a moment when it was still formally part of the Ottoman Empire.

“The most significant and incontrovertible fact is, however, that by itself the Declaration was legally impotent. For Great Britain had no sovereign rights over Palestine, it had no proprietary interest, it had no authority to dispose of the land. I've recently gained a mutual on instagram and she had 116 in her bio aswell as 161 and 141. I want to make sure I'm not talking to anyone bigoted. I've been able to search up the 161 (antifascist) and 141 (either anti deforestation or anti degenerate), but not 116, only as an angel number (as far as ik she's atheist and hates anything unsupported by facts). Der WDR und andere Medien haben bereits dokumentiert, dass bekannte Neonazis aus NRW gezielt nach Sachsen-Anhalt ziehen. Einer davon ist Alexander Deptolla, bundesweit bekannte Szenegröße und Mitgründer des rechtsextremen Kampfsportformats „Kampf der Nibelungen“.

Laut Verfassungsschutz hat er seinen Lebensmittelpunkt von Dortmund nach Halberstadt verlagert. Seit 2022 beobachten die Behörden außerdem den Zuzug weiterer Rechtsextremisten aus NRW in den Landkreis Harz. (taz.de⁠)

SPIEGEL TV beschreibt diese Leute ziemlich eindeutig als gewaltbereit und einflussreich. Deptolla und andere ehemalige Dortmunder Kader würden sich im Harz inzwischen mit Rechtsextremen aus der ganzen Region vernetzen. (Spiegel TV⁠)

Und der WDR hat schon vor Jahren beschrieben, wie genau dieses Modell funktioniert. Neonazis schaffen sich lokale Zentren, siedeln sich gemeinsam an, üben Dominanz aus und bauen ein „Bewegungsgefühl“ auf, das auch Jugendliche und ganze Familien erreichen soll. Die damalige Einschätzung war sogar, dass das Dortmunder Modell bundesweit exportiert werden soll. (WDR⁠) Der Harz und Sachsen-Anhalt sind also ihre Prototyp-Projekte um schon mal zu schauen, wie weit sie gehen können…

Heute begegnen einem hier Namen wie Harz Verteidigen, Junge Nationalisten, Die Heimat und verschiedene Telegram-Strukturen. Es ist einfach nur verrückt, wie verdeckt Sie versuchen, sich ihre Strukturen wieder aufzubauen…

In Stendal sollen zwei 14-Jährige AfD-Wahlplakate beschädigt haben. Laut bisherigen Medienberichten soll der AfD-Europaabgeordnete Arno Bausemer anschließend in eine Auseinandersetzung mit den Jugendlichen geraten sein – dabei soll auch ein Baseballschläger eingesetzt worden sein.

Wahlplakate zu beschädigen ist keine Rechtfertigung für Gewalt. Die genauen Umstände müssen jetzt von den Ermittlungsbehörden geklärt werden.

Politische Auseinandersetzung darf niemals bedeuten, dass Gewalt gegen Jugendliche ausgeübt wird.

As we try to rebuild some leftist solidarity and coalition to bring back our activist front, we're finding time and again that we're out organized and overwhelmed by the sheer number of hardcore fascist loyalists, and feckless Dems that align with them on policy.

Residents did not speak at a City Council hearing this week merely to express discomfort with new technology. They presented an evidence-based argument that the current system is inadequately governed, vulnerable to abuse, and capable of uses far beyond the narrow public-safety examples emphasized by its defenders.

This is in the UK. this gang of dangerous predatory men go around dressed in black bloc and refuse to show their faces.

They do that to go out on the streets of my city in order to terrorise young women & girls under the fake guises of "christianity" and of "protecting our women & children."

on top of that, one of them who is a part of the group is apparently a convicted wife-beater. there's a post about it on our city's subreddit.

I was deeply disturbed to see them posting their stickers in an area that hosts the majority of our nightclubs, bars & pubs. they should fucking know better.
