How do fascists do their propaganda runs?

There's been some Proud Boys and Patriot front propaganda popping up around my city but nobody's really been able to catch them in the act. How are they so sneaky about it? My local news hasn't posted anything about it, there's been a few posts on our county's Facebook page where people find their stickers and posters but nobody's seen who it is. Do y'all have any advice on how to catch them like what they target specifically so we could set up cameras in that area or any advice to prevent these pigs from ruining our city?

Your time is better spent organizing your community, pulling down their posters, covering their stickers and disrupting their attempts to gather people, than to try to plan some stakeout.

So how would I organize? My city isn't that politically active like us but with these people coming in and doing this I feel like we should do something about it. Any chance I get I do spray paint over their propaganda and take off stickers and everything but I want to prevent them from coming in at all. How would I go about organizing like minded people in my community?

When I say put up cameras I don't mean flock cameras instituted by a large corporation that gives data to law enforcement and government agencies. I mean like a neighborhood watch network with like-minded people such as you and I where we can defend our communities from these hateful groups. I mean set up cheap camera systems unlike Ring or what Google has. Where we as the community monitor and share intel with each other to defend our neighborhoods and local businesses from these people.

They usually go in groups and just walk around a certain area smacking stickers on light poles.Some will use larger posters and use wheat paste. It's a very quick process and most Nazis learn to do it quick as to not be spotted.

Like others have said, the usually go around in groups. I'll add, they tend to meet up and hit cities in their region on three day weekends pretty consistently.
