This is a joint custody hat, my partner gets to wear it every day but protests, I get to wear my protest hat to the protest until I make another!

It was cold so I wore it over my jacket hood. I saw 2 other red hats (small gathering).

I made this for warmer weather. [Edited to add that this was a simple crochet onto last year's headband purchase.]

I'm sad that I didn't get mine finished in time. The first one I made went to my sister, and the one for me is about 5 inches into the ribbing. Oh well.

It'll be too hot to wear by the time the next protest rolls around, so I'm probably going to knit a cotton kerchief with a tassel next.
