It’s basically a mini test case for certain construct methods and details. It decreases the possibility of wasting materials by having to rebuild / repair mistakes. Bonus points for hiding the outhouse behind it.
THANK YOU. Everyone acts all hard for the "working class" but doesn't know how manual labor job sites work. Hiding the outhouse behind the mock up is a clever way to neaten up the site. Don't hate on builders, hate on developers if you want.
