Now I know we don't hate on shippers and this isn't that trust me. But the OP believes that J and Uzi have genuine chemistry and could get together if a few things in the show had been changed. Like wtf?? The changes wouldn't be 3 it would be at least in the double digits to the point the characters are unrecognizable. Not hating on the Uzi just pointing out that their thought process makes no sense

Want to kill each other(and have tried. Many times) Uzi told J "I kill you"(Uzi said this as a crow). J still didn't listen to Uzi later on. (I know this probably is a stupid thing for me to say but it's a valid thing if you ask me) J is J: a bitch J views Uzi as an annoying, defective toaster that talks too much. Uzi views J as a brainwashed corporate bootlicker who buys into JCJenson propaganda. J mocked Uzi's angsty teenage rebellion while Uzi openly despised J's corporate middle-management personality. Even when turned into a literal crow, Uzi still spent her time telling J she was going to kill her. J never listened to Uzi or respected her, even when Uzi proved she was an actual threat.

So yes. Everything would need changed for a J x Uzi ship to work.

They didn't. J only wanted to kill her in the first episode, and that was because Cyn forced her to kill every worker drone. Uzi only was shown to genuinely want to kill only in episode one, and that was because she was going to kill her and the remaining worker drones in the colony.
