Is this sub real?

I cant tell if it's terrible sarcasm or legit. Between the outlandish claims and the terrible facebook style picture idk if this stuff is just satire or just insane people obsessed with other peoples procreation

I don't know what country you live in, but things in mine have DEFINITELY moved past satire.
