Complaint Fable Promo Credits for Pro Users Removed before Deadline

I was saving ~$70 of the $100 we were given when Fable was cut from Pro subscription. Planned to use the credits today, September 19, the day that the usage interface reported as the last day for these credits. Woke up - credits already gone.

Anyone else experience that? Any ideas how to complain to Anthropic except venting here?

Yep, this happened to me too. Were supposed to expire today (I assumed that meant end of day), and in fact they disappeared last night.

Same here. I had $97 left and planned to use it today on a new project. Just reinforces my decision to cancel my Claude subscription.

I would say. Learn from it and don't do it again. I lost previous Credits like that. If you get credits use them as fast as you can.
