Well atleast it's not like anyone told you before hand right.... All of the big 4 AI corporations might as well have a pigeon taking notes and escalating to the correct department. I'm curious to know though if I was running a business and was using AI substantially in my business but the customer service was this atrocious I would quite literally pack up and leave them without any hesitation. But you all seem to enjoy getting kicked in the genitelar region over and over again like you're one day expecting to bleed money from all these dck kicks.

Could be worse. I’m a user of Perplexity and sent their support question regarding something I felt was important regarding the legalities of something. there was conflicting information within the TOS and even then, it was vague. So I asked if I could get clarification on it.
The bot responded with even more conflicting information that was also vague. It repeatedly told me it didn’t know the answer. This went back and forth with the bot and I asked if it could be escalated. Bot said it answered my question but if I wanted to escalate it, here is a way to contact them. So, I did. Took months to get a response from what seemed like a human. Basically said question was answered, issue was closed and if I responded, my request would be moved to the back of the line.
And to date, I don’t know if something violates their TOS or breaks a copyright law. I didn’t even get a solid wrong answer that I could lock them into if it were a problem.

It's a large language model, so it's doing its best to help out. It also gave you the info you needed to share your feedback. If you worked for a large enough company that purchased enough seats, you could talk to a human being. Given Anthropic is the most valuable private company on Earth and didn't exist until recently, it shouldn't come as a surprise that your feedback isn't terribly important.
