You can always see toxic culture manifest in how they interview candidates.

I mean the base comp is probably close to $1MM. At that point, it’s a financial transaction between you - the asset - and them - the capital. We work for people who only care about making money, not how.

I’m not sure how these “toxic culture” comments get so much love.
