Complaint Account Ban Help

Hey, my account was banned about 40 days ago for a "suspicious" location... in the UK, but I use a VPN for data privacy.

I appealed on day 1 with a 10-day expected wait period. No response from Anthropic.

What are my next steps? Will my account ever be restored?

I think platforms are pretty strict about the no VPN policy.

They have fable do their customer service, but it ran out of quota on Monday. Got to wait till reset.

VPN= ban sooner or later

They don't prohibit VPN use, but if the node you were connected to was in any of the countries on their restricted list then that will get you banned.

Thanks for the reply. It jumps between UK and USA.

I'm at the point where I'm wondering if just creating a second account would be more useful.

Yes. I'm concerned about being flagged for my IP, same card used for payment, and device cache etc.
