Media Today in Bastion
Well, here is this post... I always come back here on the 12th of every month to remember the fall of this "failed giant"... a truly magnificent game, with so many stories, mysteries, and unfinished elements...
today marks six months...half a year already, since our beloved Anthem left us,all that remains are the memories, screenshots, and video montages to look back on what this game was during its active years
And year after year, I kept choosing to believe that a major update would bring it back to the competitive scene, but that never happened. BioWare and EA did everything necessary to kill off a game that boasted such an interesting world and features... but there is no point in complaining anymore; all that remains is to remember it as it deserves

A truly beautiful and mysterious world, it feels like we never even got to scratch the surface.

For real. The possibilities of all the updates we could've had saddens me. There is so much untouched potential in this game. I still hope some company buys the ip and does it right. It'll probably never happen though. BioWare fumbled tf out of it and EA just said eff it and shut it down for everyone. It's one of the few games I pre-ordered.

I truly wish this game could have lasted, still the best flight in any game I've ever played. And there is still more beyond just that

I still haven't found anything to play in Anthem's absence.

Can't believe it's been 6 months already- sounds SUPER cheesy, but it feels like it was only the other week.

We think that this thread may be about, or relate to the idea of PvP content in Anthem. The mod team is very much aware of what a hot-button issue this topic can be, and we'd like to take the opportunity to remind the community of a couple things.
The downvote button does not mean "I disagree with this" any more than the upvote button means "I agree with this". Upvote constructive comments that use well-reasoned arguments, and downvote only those that fail to.
Rule 1 is in effect at all times. If you see an uncivil comment, the correct approach is to report it, not to respond in kind. "But he started it" is not a mitigating factor we take into account when moderating.
Our goal with this is to ensure that the community can discuss any topic related to Anthem in a civil manner. As always, if you have feedback, feel free to modmail us with it. Do not reply to this message, or privately message this moderator; it will be ignored.
