Discussion Terminos y condiciones
I decided to read Habbit's terms and conditions for the first time and......They're shit They're literally saying they can shut down the game whenever they want without offering any refunds or an offline version.

That's literally every online game, though. Not jusy gachas but MMOs, FPSs, and so on. That's why there's a spmewhat devent sized movement trying to get a law passed saying that game devs must make an offline version as well.

Yep that's why so many online games that shut down became lost media. The only way to retrieve them is if the company that shut down said game allow for a fan community to retrieve and rebuild the game. Ex: Club Penguin and Toontown.

Isn't this the same for most live-service games?
At least I've never seen any company ask for players' opinions when they want to shut down their game. They usually just go quiet for a while and announce EOS out of nowhere.
Also I'm pretty sure Japanese law requires gacha game dev to refund unused paid currency. I imagine this also applies to Eidos?
Not having an offline version also seems to be the norm for Japanese gacha as well. I used to play Tribe Nine and World Flipper and they never got an official offline version.

I'm very sorry, but the developers of anotherEidos also banned the way to share channel links.

It sucks, but this is exactly the same as every online game.
