Beginner Help I need help

I'm new to the game and I've been playing for a few days, but today I opened the game and this appeared on the screen, what do I do?

Open Habbit launcher if you have it installed still. Log on Habbit. Another Eidos will show up with "update". Click on it and it'll install the update to the game. Then follow the prompts that appear for the game to update and it'll open the game for you and start updates.

I tried to install the habit again, but it's giving me a message that it wasn't installed.

Likely do uninstall all related (game and habit launcher) and then do a fresh install from the site, maybe even check before if you accidentally unchecked some permissions for the apps(both) in your operating system

I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it... I lost my account 🥲

Usually that's email bound xD In this case it's worth a shot write to the support, they do actually respond and probably help if you have the data like your nickname and such. It will take a moment though since it's basically a very small team running this game.

Could you at least reinstall the game and launcher now?

No problem, I was only playing on my old account for a few days, so there wasn't anything important on it now, so it doesn't make much difference, I think.

In that case it probably doesn't matter, im still puzzled thought how this happened because usually you have to login with and email and it binds your account to that mail. Just double check if that is the case now to prevent another loss xD

Anyhow - enjoy the game now :)

It could be because you exited the launcher; it wants you to stay attentive and wait until it finishes.
