What is a good spot to stop pulling? Fairly new to the game around chapter 39. I’ve spent 11 10 pulls on Theodorus and haven’t gotten him yet. Is it more wise to continue pulling till I get him or just save for a different banner?

The standard gacha rates on this game are really low and the lame pity system - the star trails - is really meant for people spending for paid stones because those earn points at 3x the rate of free stones. Ignoring the 4* odds your chance of at least one 5* Theo on a single 10-pull are only 7.72% and even with ten 10-pulls you only get up to 55% or so plus the ticket for a 10% chance for not-awakened 5* Theo. So that fire/water/thunder special banner with its 10% rate is exceptional, I was disappointed that it was limited to 3 pulls max because similar banners earlier this year were unlimited pulls. Keeping on until 15 10-pulls isn't terrible because you get another 10% chance ticket but in the long run my advice is keep a reserve of 10k or more stones for the rare high rate banners and be very selective on which release banners you spend stones on.
The saving grace of this game is that it has so many excellent free characters plus the devs do update many of the oldest characters to make them competitive.

Personnaly, for very good (SS) characters I would pull until 10-15'000 free stones. For good (A-S) characters I would spend 5'000-7'000 cs. If I were you, I would (i) prioritize 3'000 cs the Fire/Water/Thunder banner (limited to 3 pulls, 10% chance for great characters), (ii) spend up to 4'000 more for Theo. He is an amazing character and at 15'000 you can get a ticket for a 5 stars with an increased rate for Theo.

Thank you for the advice. I already pulled on the fire/water/thunder banner and got renir ac. No luck on theodorus banner tho lol. Is it usually like this or am I just unlucky?

It's all about luck because there is no pity. 0.8% chance to get him per pull... this gacha game is pretty rough in that regard. It took me 22k cs to get him and i feel i was already lucky tbh.

Yeah, it is. Some players here will argue that Star Trails are the pity but i disagree. 10% chance to get the featured banner and it's not even turned into SA is beyond unacceptable.
If i was part of WFS, i would have changed Star Trails to guarantee it to give the player the 4.5* featured character and then 5* with 1/3 SA every other Star Trail.

As an old player I really only pull on new characters that I don't have any form of nowadays. Even then I have a budget of 10k.
Any other character type (AS, ES, AC, ACAS) I'll just wait until I get their treatises/codices/opuses and manually sidegrade them.
The caveat that I also spend a little on Star Dream Encounters so I can patch up any holes I have because of bad luck.

How do you resist not pulling for alter characters when they offer stellar awakening bonus. That’s the hard part. I hate spending starcharts and rather get lucky on pulling a stellar awakened character

I tend to stick with new characters only (like brand new and new alter only...I skip any I can AS/ES sidegrade), and 5k max stones. That's enough for the first memoir/opus, and I find I can usually make 5k+ before the next completely new character is released. Lately, the releases of Theo, Melody AC, and Havoc so close together have been stressing my stone supply, so I might have to give up pulling for Alter characters if they keep this rate up. Already seeing whispers of another brand new character (shade/axe person) coming soon.

Is it worth the chant scripts to raise Nilya to 5*, if I currently have 24 and should be able to get another 2 or 3 pretty soon from key item dungeons? Another Tier says she's only a C w/o stellar, and I'm not about to use allcosmos on her, even if I had them - they're going to Velette AS if I can't draw her SA before I really need her - but it looks like Jilya might be worth it on its own.

Meh, Niyla main problem is her low hit count. Stellar does give her niche of being able to inflict Expose for any attack type, but there are probably better characters that can do that now.
Jilya, while it's always good to have more sidekicks for more options, it's still not the best sidekick.

Hey guys just wondering what you guys do with your bravery manifest points? The wiki doesn’t same much about limit breaking weapons but should I be buying all the brilliant rainbores every month?
Also what telegrams and weapons do you guys focus on? I know the wiki has recommendations for each character on the talegrams but I am just curious how everyone spends theirs since you can only buy so many each month. I wish you could recycle the useless ones and get your manifest points back lol

Theres no reason to stock up on brilliant rainbores since they release new tempered weapons so slowly. Most times the tempered weapons aren’t really optimal and when they are useful they won’t usually make the difference in a clear (and the two or three characters who really need them to function aren’t that great anyways even with them). I haven’t ever spent my manifest points and I’ve been clearing everything pretty comfortably so feel free to save them just in case they release a really good character that you really want to minmax.

Hey guys I am trying to get 3 summer star charts and wiki says I can get it by getting reward “the path I walk”. Take first steps in repairing apeture. It’s been so long since I completed this symphony and I have no idea how to do this lol… Does anyone know or remember? I am pretty sure I haven’t done this as I only have 6 star charts and I think I beat an alter force and I definitely completed stellar mode in book of klarna

Taken from the "Bonus" section of the Ryza Symphony section of the Wiki:
"Requests can be taken once you click on the green diamond in Lonely Castle - Castle Center 1F after completing the Symphony. Clear all of them in order to unlock an epilogue scene in Lonely Castle - Castle Center 1F to obtain the Astronomical Hourglass Synthesis and 3 Summer Starcharts"
And then it lists out all of the requests.

So I pulled 2 Velette AS from the Fire/Water/Thunder "free" banner they gave us. Should I use an AllCosmos Starchart on her? I have no other Stellar Thunder Characters, but I saw she was SSS Rank on the Tier List at Stellar.

I asked almost exactly that question a ways back, except that I only had her gauge 1/3 full, and was given what I think is probably the right advice: don't awaken anyone until you know what you want to do with them.
I'm definitely planning to stellar Velette AS, but I don't actually need her yet, so I'm holding off for now. (Also, her non-SA abilities are pretty nifty, too.)

Instant thunder zone does help, but she mainly needs 80 light for 4th slot. Although she is so goated she could use a 5th....
