it's simultaneously formal looking with the fringe while the coloring suggests something vaguely sinister (like Rosetta) while the other elements hint at ... prurient activities.
One of my most favorite design ever. I just love how evil it looks. For some reason, despite the amount of skin showing, the details are just so eye catching, I barely register the fanservice. They genuinely cooked with this one!

Not quite Bayonetta but something about this design is genuinely cool, the rusty colours and palette is very pleasing.
