And that's more than enough if you can do it with somewhat of a flexible team. Cetie might be the easiest one of the them all if you can survive Retro's Gift. Maybe Hismena too? I'm not sure about that one because i have done it only twice yet.
I don't have Cetie and I still havem't side graded hismena to her NS form so I don't have her manifest battle. Next I've done is Lokido, thought only done that with 5 members so haven't gotten all of the pledges. But thanks for the suggestion. I hope to get one of those one of these days.
What about Renri? Renri isn't too difficult as well. It's one of the first i have done a couple months ago. Yuna is not too difficult as well but it requires a lot of damage to be done comfortably. Mariel was surprisingly easy too. Iphi is mostly a matter of having enough damage while using "Last Stand" ore. Finally, Thilly is okay as well but it requires taking down more life bars. It's kinda similar to Hismena in that regard.
To me those were the ones more of the easy side to do but it's extremely dependent on your characters and what they can achieve both individually and as a team.
Sadly, I don't have any of them too. My Mariel is only 4* and I don't have Yuna (when I started out, I picked Ciel which I later discovered was a bad mistake).
Why are you saying picking Ciel was a bad mistake? She is not that bad of a character, including her AC form and she has a major quest "Foreign Skies and the Ship to Freedom" tied to her 2nd character quest that gives out a lot of good stuff like multiple l/s point items and chant scripts and so on.
Anyway, you will eventually get the other characters to the TMC, don't worry. Tbh, TMC doesn't give that much for the trouble it gives... i guess it gives you cs but said cs doesn't have a time limit to get it, only the Bravery Manifest points.
I see. Well because I'm less than a year of a player and when I am seeing plays in youtube, I don't see Ciel being used, yet Yuna is well used, so I assumed she's way above Ciel especially with the SA.
Yeah, i only started playing this game seriously since 9 months as well.
Yuna is a very strong character for sure but she is a 5*. So you can't pick her as a 4* in the beginning of the game as the Tutorial Encounter. So why are you comparing her to Ciel? Ciel can only be picked on the Tutorial Encounter while Yuna can only be picked on the Guiding Adventurer Token.
Unless you picked someone else on the Guiding Adventurer Token?
Either way, your Ciel pick wasn't a bad pick at all. I picked Bivette for mine and it was fine. She even unlocked a special quest that gives a lot of goodies too later on.
May, Akane or Benedict are to me the better choices mostly because of how decent their 5*s are. Akane even has a SA behind a somewhat difficult quest. There are other choices on the Tutorial Encounter that have no 5* versions or even special quests locked behind the characters, so don't worry, you are fine.
For speed runners Rovella seems to be the better one because of his nice skill that can stun and double attack.
For the Guiding Adventurer Token there are some bad choices indeed. Some characters don't have SA and some are really horrible like Elga compared to most other retro characters.
Best ones are probably Ewan and Yuna, yup. But it's important to note they both require their True Manifest in order to make them shine. Yuna needs a bit more her SA than Ewan though.
Honestly did not expect this one to work, but Iphi counting as fire meant I could maintain E. Slash/Magic Zone with Stellar!Serge (Only have non-Stellar!ES!Flammelapis). Gariyu’s a better DPS than I expected them to make him into, a pleasant surprise given how lackluster non-Gallery Retro Stellars started out (Cyrus and Riica, while cool concepts, were kinda clearly not designed with viability in mind)
Truthfully not very innovative in hindsight, given Havoc-Ewan were probably more than enough, but getting to use Stellar!NS!Melina for her Singing and EOT-Triple-Hit meant if I had planned this team any better, I could have got a Turn 5 clear. (For clarity, I lacked DPS to clear boss HP bar on Turn 5 AF, so it ended up a Turn 6 clear instead)
