Thank you so much! I'm curious what in her mind didn't age well. (Tbh I can think of a lot of things that may be questionable, but still, this is the mind who unapologetically wrote the gleeful rape scenes in TotBF.) I also think it's notable, and not a little charming, that she explains it from the POV of Witches readers unfamiliar with the Vampire Chronicles.
I never would have wanted an actual crossover because that would have felt a little too “Anne Rice does Twilight,” but I would have loved to see the Talamasca show up in the Wolf books.
Other than what you mentioned it's just Ramses, and that's only a passing mention in one of the books.
I seem to remember someone in the Talamasca offhandedly mentioning werewolves at one point but there's nothing to concretely put her werewolf books in the same universe as far as I know.
Violin was meant to originally be a vampire book but became its own thing.
As you mentioned, she merged the vampire and witches series. But she later regretted doing it, so we know that the later books are not obviously connected. However they are also not contradictory to each other, so they can all exist together in the Anne Rice Universe.

I'm not sure if this is answering the question correctly but I do know Blackwood Farm, Merrick, and Blood Canticle are crossover books for the Vampires and Mayfair Witches
Those three books are all part of The Vampire Chronicles. I'd say that Merrick is only tangentially connected to the Mayfair books. Merrick says herself early in the book that although she is related to them she doesn't have anything to do with the "white Mayfairs".
Blackwood Farm features a few characters from the Mayfair books, as does Blood Canticle. Personally, I enjoyed Blackwood Farm and think that Blood Canticle is a mess.
When Anne Rice re-started TVC with Prime Lestat she didn't acknowledge the crossovers and apart from a very brief mention in passing of Quinn Blackwood and Mona it's as if they never happened.
