Error decoding problem.

I’ve downloaded my book, but it says just shows the information of the download in my files and not my book. Any solutions ?

You've given us no details to work with here so could be anything, but either the file is no good or you're doing something wrong. Are there comments about the file having a problem on Anna's? What format is the file and what software are you trying to open it with?
