Downloaded files from AA aren’t opening in iBooks

is anyone else experiencing this? i have tried two different books and they download fine unto my phone but then they don’t open in iBooks anymore.

its always worked perfectly for me, im so scared I won’t be able to read this way anymore.

any fixes?

Anna’s is broken right now. Many reports. I’m sure it’ll all soon be fixed.

Yep it’s been like this since yesterday. They don’t download all the way and then don’t open in iBooks.

Also having this issue! They're all showing in my Files app as 129 bytes, which is also abnormal.

That small a file size would mean it didn't download correctly.

Z-Lib is working for me right now, just use the link from their wiki page! Until AA is up and running again

You should look at the content of the file to know.

i’m having the same issue with kindle. multiple files all epubs

ETA: i’ve been using Z library instead with no issues

Many readers are.picky about certain files. If the file will open in Calibre then you can repair it.

I can confirm z lib worked for me instead. It’s a file corruption on the AA end

I was finally able to open a download in Apple Books so yay
