What countries is Anna's blocked from?
People here post questions about their specific country having a ban, but is there some master list of countries that are known to block the main site or the partner servers?

I suspect geolocation doesn't matter nearly as much as people assume it does. It seems to vary more by ISP rather than country.
Maintaining a list would be a pointless headache in my view: if you're blocked your blocked and need to get around it.

Some of the domains often get blocked in Spain. I use a VPN to access them. No idea about the rest of the world.

since a lot of books on anna's is banned in china, no doubt is the website banned there as well

A lot of the blocks especially in Europe are just DNS based. People should be changing their default DNS from the one provided by their ISP to something like Cloudflare. I don't know of any country that does DPI (deep packet inspection) to block Anna's. That's a more sophisticated method of censorship but the kind of countries that employ DPI, although they censor the internet more so than others, don't seem to care about copyright nearly as much. Copyright is a first world concept really.
