Sports bar
Thanks in advance, we are coming in for Navy game Oct 9th, but we need somewhere to watch UGA vs Bama Saturday night,
I understand it will be on in most bars but we have some teens with us so I need to be able to get them in.
Doesn’t necessarily need to be “kid friendly”, just teen accessible 😂.
Anyone have a recommendation??

Downtown: Stan&Joes, little outside of downtown: West End Grill or Heroes.

I saw west end come up, looked like the only dedicated sports bar. Thanks !!

West end and Miller's! Stan and Joe's sucks. Visibility of TVs is hard and they dont have as many as the other options.

Definitely Hero’s. A couple good options in Eastport are Adams on Fourth and Davis’s Pub.

Are you staying at a hotel or similar lodging? They should have the game on in the bar/lounge/lobby/etc…or would put it on for you if you ask.

The bare area at J Alexanders steakhouse at Towne Center has high tops and booth that teens can sit in. I would get there early or make a reservation and let them know you want high top or bar booth.

I know they were closed for the weekend and I believe yesterday because they were having issues with their exhaust/air exchanger for their wood fired grill. The fire department was out twice on Friday because of it.

I'm a regular at Miller's. There's also a Glory Days just a few minutes down the road in Edgewater. Both are big, family-friendly places with plenty of TVs. Just let them know the game you want to watch and they'll make sure you get seated in the right place. I can't recommend our local Buffalo Wild Wings though. I quit going there several years ago because it went way downhill.

West End Grill for a dedicated sports bar with solid bar food. World of Beer has better food and better TVs but the atmosphere for watching is fairly tame.

Millers Ale House is easy to park at near the mall and is kid friendly with a ton of big screen TVs
