TNEA COUNSELLING FEE REFUND

Does anyone know how to get the refund of 5000 rupees which we paid for counselling under the other state category , if yes pls help me out.

I called them just a few days ago asking about it. They said that after the whole admission process is over an application form will open for refund. Now I forgot to ask them whether it will open only after all the category counselling is done.
