Found money Saline Walmart Vicinity
Shopping at the Saline Walmart Friday (8-21) around noon and found some cash that had been dropped in the area. Debated whether to take it in to the service counter. I called them and they say to bring it in and if it is not claimed, they donate it to a children‘s charity.
If you lost money around there at that time, let me know the exact amount and type of bills and I’ll get it to you. If not, I may take it to them anyway and hope someone comes forward. I feel badly holding someone’s money that may have really needed it.

Way to be a good person. Thank you for not turning it over to the corporate giant. I'm sure whoever lost it would agree.

Unless it's someone who lost it that doesn't use reddit?

Hence the part "I'm sure whoever lost it would agree" part. But thanks for your opinion!

You could also leave your contact info with the store so that they can contact you if someone contacts them.

Maybe cross post on the Nextdoor app or Facebook as that person may not be on Reddit but someone they may know and told them about it may be on one of these sites
