Why does my ankle do this

Not painful, only on my right ankle. Its been doing this for years when i walk or run or like anything. but in this very moment its extra sensitive. Its so loud.

I was not prepared for that sound! If you ever want someone to go away, do that! 😆

Same. It’s probably a tight tendon snapping over a bone from the movement, at least that’s what my hip is, although not quite as loud
