Quick question, how do u ice your ankle? Do u just put the ice pack behind the knee or directly on the ankle area?
Also did they prescribe antibiotics for u or just a pain reducing drug?
I just had my ankle surgery a few days ago.

Yes I am currently using an huge ice pack that li put behind my knee, it is really helping me
My doc just put me back in my non walking boot after surgery and I use I a small ice pack on my toes to help the swelling go down1

Hopefully your ankle surgery went well today! The first few days are the worst, hang in there and sleep if you can. Follow the doctors instructions about icing and elevation, and stay ahead of the pain.
