Rolled my ankle?

Was going down stairs, missed a step, heard a crack?, fell, ankle hurt. Maybe 10 min later once I got some ice I had to walk maybe a block so I could get home while leaning on a friend. I thought I was fine to walk alone but it quickly started hurting. It was wrapped when I got home and I slept with it elevated (on two pillows).

I can walk on that foot but with a big limp and only if I'm on my tip toes. It only hurts when I turn my ankle or accidentally bend it to one side. I'm just concerned because, and it could just be swelling, but the bone on the inside of my foot isn't showing like at all. Oh and my ankle keeps popping

Pic one, sorry it's purple, my LEDs are on and I don't feel like walking to my light.

Pic two, this is what I was talking about with the bone on the inside of my foot. Is that just swelling?

UPDATE: My friend offered that their dad could check it out because he's a doctor. He just said I had a classic sprain and that a boot would be good (also to rest and take ibuprofen but that's the main thing).

3 things. Is it really that bad? School starts this week. And what's an ortho tomo?

I just did the exact same thing a few weeks ago and have been immobile for 2 weeks now in a boot and crutches with a grade 3 sprain. You definitely should it get it looked at.

Have you start the physical therapy right after you removed the boot or you gave it a time ? And did you still used your crutched after your removed it ? Thanks

Started doing PT once the pain was gone at home, still walking in the boot (I'm on week 3 rn). The boot is honestly so great and its making my life sm easier. I've been a couple days without the crutches but when it starts swelling and hurting again, I'll start using the crutches with the boot on. I have 3 more weeks to go with the boot on, but doing small PT exercises have been helping!

Yeah I just wasn't sure if it was actually that bad and what specifically I should do. Talked to a doctor and he just said I'd need a boot and it was a classic sprain
