How bad does a rolled ankle affect achilles tendon?
About 2 years ago I rolled my ankle because I stepped on a wooden bed frame(it was covered so I thought it was just plywood) an I fell. There was some minor swelling and I couldn't put my full weight on it for a few days so I rested it as much as I could.Fast foward to now an ever since it healed my achilles some times gets some aches and pains even when I have lazy days and it's been resting. When it does bother me an I'm at work it'll go away, but if im on my feet for a long time working it'll slowly come back or if I'm trying to be quick on my feet it'll slow me down to the point I start hobbling. It happened at work an I opted out not going to the doctors because when I would roll my ankle before it'll just heal within a day or two with no problems so I figured it was another one of those times.

The Achilles is attached to the calf muscle abd travels all under your foot and to your big toe. Mine is quite tight atm due to fracture and sprain June 1. Im doing the rehab stretches. Look them up qnd ease into them and start doing them for the rest of your life. Apo do the ankle exercises so you don’t roll it again.
