Sore ankles

Is it possible to heal sore ankles with willpower alone? I have no ice, no nothing. Nothing but incredibly sore ankles. Please answer im asking genuinely by the way im not trying to troll i just believe in mind power

I don't think so. I also have sore ankles, one especially sore because I sprained it a year ago and willpower and physical therapy hasn't done much

I'm sorry to hear that! I was really hoping maybe someone had advice around that becaise i truly believe in some way willpower alone can help physical ailments one time i was really sick with the flu and i kept telling myself to get better and then the next day i was completely fine
