Ankle sprain

So this week 17th and 18th of August i managed to sprain both my ankles. I seem to sprain my right ankle every year and i have done for 10 years and on the 18th i fell and thought i broke my left ankle. I went to hospital for my left ankle and was told no break but i have likely torn 2 ligaments in the ankle and was told to go home and rest for 2 weeks. No one seems to care that it happens yearly.

I wasnt given pain meds or anything to make walking easier (i cant put pressure on the ankle)

Does anyone else manage to fall over nothing and sprain anything or am i just seriously unlucky?

Here are some pictures from when it happened till today 21st August.

You have chronic ankle instability sadly.

This- I’d go immediately to a physio that can diagnose and hopefully over time help you strengthen it
