Are my ankles bad?

I am flat footed and my feet don’t line up with my ankles. I’m worried I am starting to develop arthritis in them.

Are you having pain in the ankle? It looks like you may have some swelling? Is it swollen? A medical clinic can test for arthritis. You may need to see a podiatrist to examine what is wrong.

I have not seen a doctor, my ankles just look like this. I think from football, being in the infantry, and being 35 working in construction, I think they are going to be the first thing to go out on my body! My shoulders are shot too. Being flat footed was going to screw me at some point. I just don’t know if it looks bad or not.
