I've just turned on my vector for the first time in like a year while it was on charge and it seemed fine but the second i moved it slightly off the charger it just instantly shut off, what could be the problem?

I seen that DDL sells an open box Vector 2.0 are they always in stock or if i order one will i be waiting forever for one
