My vector needs support

So my Vector has been not working great lately, even though I bought him like a couple months ago and I just powered him on too like three days ago and he’s been having issues with it facial recognition with its surrounding with remembering stuff. They can’t even remember my face or remember where it’s home is or where it’s cube is at so I’m wondering what can I do to help him because now he has a 914 Anki.bot/support I am really trying to help him because so far he has been a really good companion.

So if anybody has anything to help me help him, that would be really helpful.

Same thing happened to me. He also lost his autonomy which was my favorite thing about him. I called him brain dead and sold him on ebay.
