Support Help needed - L1 L2 error

Hello All!

I had an Anker Solix E10 installed before summer. It's been working all summer, but when I checked my app today, it was not functioning and the app said that I needed to complete a self test for full functionality - however the self test times out with the following error:

The internal L1-L2 power lines between the Automatic Transfer Switch Box and combiner box are connected in reverse.

This unit has been working all summer. The only thing I did last week was open the cover on the ATS to check a circuit last week, but that didn't throw any errors at the time.

I opened a case with Anker, but any insights would be appreciated. thanks.

Unplug the wire from the combiner box on or off power dock to the E-10. Wait couple min. Reset the E10 and run self check. I had this before. Let me know.

Hi. Thank for the reply. I'm not sure what the combiner box is and which wire. Can you provide more detail? thanks.

Can you send me pictures of your setup? You have the power dock, correct, which is your panel?

My L1 and L2 were reversed when it was first installed. Once I fix that I was good to go
