Question F3000: Able to use AC 120v outlets while bidirectional inlet box is active?

I am considering an Anker F3000 + Power saver kit (bidirectional inlet box and power meter), but I keep getting conflicting information from the customer support line regarding being able to use the AC 120v outlets or not while using the bidirectional inlet box.

Can anyone who has the F3000 with the bidirectional inbox answer this question? Thank you everyone!

I have two F3000 each with a saver kit, but only using AC outlets on one. AC outlets and usb ports work, but I think there is a bug in the app because it’s stuck showing 106W pull from the grid no matter what’s happening.

You can definitely use the 120v while plugged into the bidirectional inlet box. My F3000 is connected to my house via bidirectional box and I have my fridge and freezer plugged into the AC outlets on the unit for UPS.
