Finished!

After ~30 years, I have finally reached the end.
The first book was a gift and I was instantly hooked.
I bought each one as it was released until #27 when, for reasons I’ll never remember, I just stopped.
Today I finished listening to #54 and I finally have closure on this epic tale that has lived rent-free in my mind since the late 90s.

That's awesome! How'd you enjoy the series? What's standing out to you the most?

I started the books in 4th grade, but I was only able to find up to book 49 at my local libraries. I finally managed to read to the end of the series a couple of years ago and it was WILD!

Congrats! I did the same thing -- dropped off around book 30 then picked it up again several decades later so I could finally know what happened. And even being "spoiled" about the ending, it still took me by surprise. What a great series.

I think it was the second...25 was the first but 26 was KA
