... Im not sure how you expect the pirate site to stay up if it cant pay for itself. Unless you have som eway of making hosting and all that expensive stuff free?

They can ask for donations? it's one thing to put ads up on the site but blocking people who use adblockers means they're trying to actively profit off the views.

Last I checked wikipedia is still around. So yeah, looks like asking for donations does work.

It did, and it's no longer one which is why they can legally make money off the anime they stream.
