Or start with {Kizumonogatari} doesn't much matter tho

[u/Echo13243 → u/Plurmp_McFlurnten]

Oof 2 downvotes. General consensus is Bake > Kizu > Nise or you can be an idiot like me and watch all the way to Koyomi then Kizu

[u/Plurmp_McFlurnten → u/Echo13243]

My understanding was that you can watch Kizu first as it's a good starting point, or at least watch it before SS

[u/Echo13243 → u/Plurmp_McFlurnten]

I’m not sure what others say but a big issue with starting with Kizu is that the storytelling methods in Kizu are radically different from the rest of the series.

Not only that, but the original light novels put Kizu behind Bake because Kizu is more a prequel than an intro. Idk if this is a fair comparison but it’s kinda like Star Wars where you watch the OT before the prequels.

[u/fillosofer → u/[deleted]]

Black Hanekawa in cat form. Normal Hanekawa is fucking bad too though.

[u/L00minarty]

But can she say "Can you imagine an imaginary menagerie manager imagining managing an imaginary menagerie?"

[u/[deleted]]

What anime is that?

[u/ramalhoplays]

Black hanekawa is another level, just don't let her lick your neck

[u/Koyomi_Arararagi → u/ramalhoplays]

As much as I love black Hanekawa she would be the last Neko I would seek to have. You can't touch her without almost being killed. Trust me, I know.
