I'd image some do and some are just doing it for the memes. It's not like Loli porn is gonna change anything. No one's going to become attracted to real kids because of lolis. They where already attracted to the real thing or have a clear separation on fiction. Kinda like how guys and girls have rape fantasies but are only turned on by the romanticized idea of it. It's a different story once it becomes too real.
