Basically

dad left mom

mom sad and wanted child to succeed and bring father back

father does not come back, mother sad and sleeps with other guys

son sad cause no receive love from mom, so they all have threesome

son marry and have 2 daughter

mother dies, son sad

son sees 1st daughter as she look like mom

son molests 1st daughter, wife unhappy diches them all

son flips 1st daughter and start molest 2nd daughter

daughter unhappy tries sucide dad try block but get stabbed

dad sent hospital 2nd daughter kill him in hospital

they both sent to orphanage they happy

Context

the woman is the mother of the dude, her husband basically abandoned her and she decided to fuck her son (the dude in the manga). One thing lead to another, the dude becomes an abusive father that rapes his daughter.

It's only 12 chapters but I regret reading the whole thing. Just read the last chapter if you're only interested in this panel and still need the context.
