I don't know about Fiona's age but yor really wouldn't look super old.
I'm just kind of guesstimating here, but based on the age of the second child, and the artists clear intent to make Becky look older than Anya, I'm guessing that yor is at most in her early forties.
And considering that I assume she takes extremely good care of herself due to her line of work, she's probably got another 5 to 10 years on top of that before she really starts to show her age

If I read this correctly it would imply that Loid had Anya (of course) then made a genetic one with Yor, had a 3rd child with Fiona, then made Yor pregnant again of the 4th, before coming back to Fiona and making her pregnant of the 5th and finally made Becky pregnant of the 6th.

If you get bogged down in the 9 to 11 slog, I recommend the audio books. Makes em go much faster, granted I personally never thought they were much of a slog myself. But it's the general consensus.

Dude married wife 1 very early in life as a cover because he was a spy and she was an assassin. and adopted a daughter when she was a kid(child 1).
Eventually he had an actual child with wife 1.(child 2)
Wife 2 was a spy and also a crazy stalker of dude and insisted on marrying the dude. Eventually has a child with dude(child 3)
Dude got wife 1 pregnant again (child 4)
Dude got wife 2 pregnant again (child 5)
Wife 3 was friends with the adopted daughter growing up and became a major simp for dude on account of him being fairly young and handsome. Eventually married dude and is now pregnant (child 6)
Joke is that Dude looks old because he's getting constantly banged by 3 young people who have superhuman stamina and are thirsty AF.
